Heritage Assisted Living Community is proud to incorporate a Community Respite Program. This program allows caregivers to maintain their high standards of ongoing care while furnishing them with a well deserved break from time to time.
Our Senior Respite Program offers you or your caregiver the opportunity to relax. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing your loved one is being provided for in a warm environment, receiving gentle, dignified care with assistance as needed.
Goals
To provide a quality supportive service for seniors in a warm, friendly environment, while granting rest for the care giver.
Our apartments offer a combination of personalized supportive services for seniors requiring help with activities of daily living, but not necessarily the medical care provided in a nursing home. Our staff is available to provide 24 hour assistance with dressing, eating, mobility, hygiene and grooming.
All visiting residents will be provided the same individualized and personal attention as our permanent residents who reside in their own privately furnished apartments. Three healthy, delicious meals are served daily, with medication management, social and wellness activities provided.
For those requiring physical therapy, we have an in-house licensed Physical Therapist available to provide necessary treatment.
